Another goodie from Turning Point, this time at their Pier Village location in Long Branch. Their Mexican style egg dish . It is made in a flour tortilla with diced potatoes, chipotle peppers, chorizo sausage, onions, black beans(I did without), cilantro and avocado mixed with melted mixed cheese and three eggs of your style. It’s a lot I know but if you have been following my blog you should know nothing is too much for me at this point. The first time I tried this, I was immediately amazed, I actually found myself saying “oh my god” or “crap this is good” with this huge goofy smile on my face.

I tried to take this really cool, artistic picture of my meal but in all honesty, I was way too hungry to try to wait and take a picture, so instead there is my half eaten huevos rancheros. The gooey explosion your eggs make when you first dip your fork into the pile, the little zest of sausage that creeps up on you, or even that little soft avocado in between it all, those are just some of the reasons why this dish is so darn good.  I legit crave it everyday, but my wallet says otherwise. So someone bite the bullet and enjoy this meal for me and take lots of pictures.
